2. High Lane Village neighbourhood forum (HLNVF)
In accordance with the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 and the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012, Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council formally designated High Lane Village Neighbourhood Forum as a ‘Neighbourhood Forum’ on 14 September 2017.
The designation is due to expire on 14 September 2022. The Forum has applied to renew the designation, and we're now consulting on the application. You can find information about the consultation and respond on our consultation website. The consultation is open from 25th May 2022 to 10th July 2022.

The neighbourhood area (High Lane Village Neighbourhood Area) is not subject to re-designation and remains as designated in 2017. If HLVNF is redesignated, no other organisation or body may be designated for the High Lane Village Neighbourhood Area until that designation expires or is withdrawn.
