EPEC: Being a parent together
Stockport Empowering Parents Empowering Communities (EPEC) is a popular parenting programme delivered for parents, and by parents, in their own communities.
This course is for co-parenting couples (whether in a relationship or not). You must attend together.
It takes place online during the evening, and includes 3 weekly sessions (term time only). Each session is 2 hours long.
Topics include:
- looking after ourselves
- being a co-parenting team
- feelings
- reflective listening
- communication styles

Togetherness
Togetherness offers a range of online learning pathways for parents and families in childhood development, behaviour and emotional health.
Pathways are bitesize, self-guided and can be done at a time that is convenient for you. They're also available in multiple languages.
There are lots of pathways to choose from including:
- adult emotional health including trauma
- understanding your relationships
