Salons in the Stockport area must register details of the person carrying on the business and the business name and address, Greater Manchester Act 1981, Section 30. There are also hairdresser and barber byelaws (PDF 81Kb) with which you must comply.

Tacit consent does apply to this application. This means that you'll be able to act as though your application is granted if you have not heard from the local authority by the end of the target completion period.
