What we do
We provide home and community support services for adults over the age of 18 who have learning or physical disabilities, older adults and adults who experience mental ill health.
We provide support within the home environment and out in the community, maximising social and leisure activities to the fullest extent. We enable people to remain in their own homes or within supported living environments giving them independence, privacy, choice, and control over their lives. Our care plans are tailored to meet each individuals need.
We're registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) under the Personal Care Activity.

Our staff
Neda Cooney (Director) started her career as a Social Worker / Care Manager for the Adult Learning Disability Team some years ago. Neda also worked in a generic team covering all groups of service users. Neda set up Prime Support Service and is passionate about providing an excellent quality of care and support to those in need of services.
Ian Barrett (Registered Manager) has worked in Social Care for 25 years and has experience of supporting both adults and children in a care setting. Ian has qualifications in NVQ level 4 care, a Diploma level 4 in management and a Diploma in Health and Social Welfare.
