What we do
We're a Stockport based group of talented young people, dedicated to playing steel music. In October 2015 we celebrated our 30th Anniversary with 2 sell out concerts at Hyde Festival Theatre.
Our orchestra currently comprises 25 senior players aged between 12 and 22. Young players are welcome to join the junior section of the orchestra from the age of 10.
Our junior section practices every Monday night from 7pm to 8:30pm. The first 4 weeks for juniors are free to see how they enjoy the group. Weekly fees are then £4.
The senior orchestra practices twice weekly on Sunday mornings and Tuesday evenings. We carry out a busy programme of playing events all around the country.

Donations
You can make donations at any of the locations where we are performing. A full list of venues is published on our website and we are always around the Stockport or local area.
