What we do
We're part of the Together Trust, a voluntary organisation offering a range of innovative and vibrant community services for adults with learning disabilities, autism and/or complex health needs.
Our people shaped services offer:
- happiness
- inclusion
- resilience
- positive relationships
- wellbeing
We tailor programmes to suit the individual needs of people aged 18 to 30 years. We provide a diverse range of exciting and varied activities with opportunities to develop vocational and independence skills, as well as the chance to socialise.
Our activities include:
- art
- baking
- sensory sessions
- gardening
- relaxation
- learning new skills in our Caf Xperience, our on site restaurant that serves other young people accessing the service and staff 5 days a week
We also enjoy getting out and about regularly in our specially adapted vehicles, using the local leisure centres for swimming, football, basketball and the gym.
We're open Monday to Friday, from 9:15am to 3:30pm.
