Love Heaton Norris

What we do

Our goals are to:

• create a platform for a cross section of the whole community to work together for the betterment of the region (including residents, businesses, faith groups/churches, schools, community and charity groups, community police, councillors and Stockport Council)

• promote the wellbeing of the residents of the area and working together as residents regardless of age, ethnic origin, ability, sex, belief or political affiliation, recognising the value of our many differences

• encourage local people to get involved in improving the area by either supporting the work of existing community volunteers/champions, or by starting their own community project

• raise funds and receive contributions where appropriate to finance the work

• publicise and promote the work of local community champions

• organise meetings and events
