What we do
Creative Mums is a free perinatal arts for wellbeing programme designed to help new mums in Stockport who would like to:
- take some time to relax
- make friends
- build confidence
- explore therapeutic creative activities
We have spaces on our upcoming programmes - no previous art experience required.
One participant said: This experience has been life changing for me, it's been amazing, I have had so much support and have really enjoyed connecting with the other mums.
We welcome self-referrals or referrals from health and support professionals and our Mental Health Support Officer. Our friendly student social work team will support you through the referrals process and answer any questions you have.
