What we do

Coffee Chill and Spill offers non judgemental peer support sessions in a safe and welcoming space with for mums in the perinatal phase of motherhood (pregnancy to 2 years) in the Heaton Norris and Offerton areas.

Heaton Norris is mums and little ones only and runs on a Thursday (term time only) from Heaton Norris community Centre.

Our walk and talk session takes place on Tuesdays in Woodbank park and is open to mums and dads as well as anyone who has parental involvement with small children.

The vision of our sessions is to bring people together and promote community connection as well as holistic wellbeing support that boosts the whole family. We work with other local projects to empower our families to access their community and understand the support that is available to them.

We are not a play group, we are project that supports parents who are finding aspects of parenthood challenging. We bring parents together so they can offer friendship and support to each other as well as share parenting experiences.
