What we do

We're a 24 hour telemonitoring and response service which provides support to people who wish to remain independent in their own homes. We understand that everyone has different needs, so we tailor our packages to suit each individual. We're fully accredited by the Telecare Services Authority, so you can be assured that we continually provide a high standard of service to our customers.

We can help and support those who:

  • are at increased risk of falling
  • are at risk of admission or re-admission to hospital
  • are returning home from hospital or intermediate care
  • are in the early stages of dementia
  • require support, reassurance and assistance to maintain their independence
  • have a medical condition. For example; epilepsy or diabetes

It supports independence, security and peace of mind.

You'll be provided with an alarm unit and a pendant, which can be worn in a number of ways. If you need help you can press the pendant and an alarm is raised at our Telecare Centre. Our fully trained and dedicated call handlers will instantly know your details and are in a position to begin providing help or assistance.

Emergencies are responded to within minutes by arranging help from a nominated friend, your GP, the emergency services or from our fully trained, friendly mobile wardens - Stockport area only.

If you're looking for help for yourself or a relative, we can help provide a tailored package of support to meet your individual needs.
