What we do
We're a mental health charity dedicated to improving the mental health and emotional resilience of our community.
We do this by providing:
- one to one counselling
- group programmes
- community projects
We deliver on-site counselling, provide remote therapy online and deliver across over 30 schools and workplaces in the North West.
