About the app
The Greater Manchester Early Years App is a digital platform that allows your Health Visitor to share development assessment forms, known as ages and stages questionnaires (ASQ forms), with you electronically, instead of using paper forms. This:
- reduces delays with postage
- reduces waste
- gives you instant access to all of your child's development assessments in one place at any time
The app is linked to your NHS account so you can be assured that it is a confidential and secure platform.
How to access the app
The app is being used for children under the age of 2 and a half across the whole of Stockport.
Parents and carers of children aged under 2 years will need to confirm their email address and phone number with their Health Visitor. They'll then receive an invitation to register for the early years app.
We can only link one parent or carer to the app, so you should consider who'll be responsible for completing the questionnaires. You'll need an NHS login to access the app.
