Start your mornings the right way with a Forrest inspired yoga class designed to help you strengthen, tone and relax.
Forrest Yoga aims to connect both body and mind. It works into holding yoga poses for longer and abdominal work to build strength and increase flexibility. The addition of deep breathing helps to calm the mind and relax tense muscles.
The class is suitable for all levels - so even if you haven’t tried yoga before or want to take time out to further your own practice and breathe a little deeper, now is the time.
Block bookings for this course are accepted for a five-week period at £35 – saving £5 on drop in classes. Block bookings are accepted between 25 April to 23 May.
The benefit of block booking is you get to make a commitment to yourself to give yourself time each week. You will also be able to further develop your practice and build up to doing more complex poses, should you choose to do so.
Drop-ins are charged at £8 per session. You'll need to contact email@example.com before the class to guarantee your space.
Mats are available but limited so if you have your own please bring it along.
