Our beginner class is open to men and women of all ages and abilities. Classes consist of stretching, aerobic and cardiovascular warm up, core strength development and exercises. Learning and applying Muay Thai technique and self defence in a safe, controlled, structured and friendly setting.
Classes focus on basic Muay Thai technique and pad holding and do not require advanced levels of fitness.
Although beginners are welcome in all our adult classes, this is the perfect class for those returning to the sport or starting from day one in a fantastic new sport.
