Tai Chi and Qigong for everyone. Relaxed flowing movements to improve and maintain health and wellbeing.
Newcomers, beginners, all ages and fitness levels always welcome in all classes.
Sooth the body and mind by taking part in a traditional Chen style Tai Chi class involving movements that have been practiced for hundreds of years. Experience the potential health benefits including:
- improved balance
- reduction of stress
Each class is taught by an experienced Tai Chi practitioner and teacher in an open, friendly, welcoming environment. Take part in as much or as little of the session as you are comfortable with. No pressure. We hope to see you in class.
