Get more active at your own pace by joining the Stockport Adult Active Group. As well as introducing exercises appropriate for all fitness levels, the group is a great place to make new friends in a warm, welcoming and relaxing environment.

The group meets every Monday and is free of charge. Refreshments are provided.
