Founded in 1969, Slimming World helps millions of people each year to eat more healthily and adopt a more active lifestyle.
You are welcome to join us for our community based group for support with weight loss, physical activity and behaviour changes.
Sessions take place every Wednesday at:
- 9:30am
- 11am
- 3:30pm
- 5pm
- 6:30pm
