Join us for our monthly walk and talk where we discuss all things menopause whilst we get some steps in and enjoy time in nature.
We meet for the walk on the last Friday of every month in the café at Vernon Park.
Why not come and join us at our Menopause Café before the walk? Our friendly group meet every Friday in the café, from 10am to 12pm. There's free tea and coffee and a chance to:
- connect with other women
- share experiences
- make use of our resources
- have a laugh!
