Beat the Recession – a blueprint for business survival.
A recession is defined as two or more quarters of declining growth. With the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic and the lockdown most of the world has gone through or is going through, the economy is seeing records levels of reduction in economic activity.
It's crucial that you act now, to not only ensure that your business survives the economic downturn but that it can also thrive in these challenging times.
We all remember the story of the frog in the boiling water don’t we? Put a frog in boiling water and it jumps out: it reacts, it takes action, the frog does something. Of course it would!
So why wouldn’t we do something similar, when faced with a similar situation? Of course we would and that is why we are running a series of sessions on how to beat the recession.
Over a series of sessions we will look at:
• Money issues – making sure we have the cash to do things
• Tough decisions – that need to be made covering products, services, customers, suppliers and team members
• People – what really motivates them
• Selling – handling price objections and all sorts of other “issues”
• Marketing – how to position and price for growth
• Be Brilliant at the Basics - how to get the basics right
• Innovation – in how and what we do
Our first session is titled Beat the Recession – a Blueprint for Business Survival which is all about taking action, you will leave this session with a series of actions you can implement in your business straight away. No waffle – guaranteed.
The session will be led by our very own Chris Booth. It includes a live Q and A where you can pose questions to Chris and to other business owners and managers in attendance.
If you have any questions about the session, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
