Join our men's wellbeing football session for ages 18 and over.
Are you feeling isolated or lonely? Or looking to connect with others, stay active, and boost your wellbeing? Come along to our supportive men's football session hosted by a qualified coach, Mike.
No matter your skill level, this is a great chance to meet new friends, have fun, and improve your mental and physical health.
Let’s kick loneliness to the curb and enjoy the game together. Everyone is welcome!
