Bring forth your deepest spontaneous laughter and body expression in this experiential workshop, feeling your way into your authentic laughter.
Help boost your immune system, stimulate your endocrine system, increase your lung capacity and enjoy the full healing benefits of your laughter.
Moving into the ‘Play Zone’ we bring our body expression into play with our laughter expression.
After a short break we'll move into a deep guided savasana meditation and sound healing, and closing with Om circle.
Bring your yoga mat (if you have one), blanket/cushion, water and dress comfortably.
No previous yoga experience is necessary.
