Healing Through Harmony is a beautiful, year-long journey designed specifically for people aged 55 and up in Stockport. It brings people together through the power of music to heal, connect, and rediscover joy.
What is Healing Through Harmony?
This 52-week program creates a warm, welcoming space where you can:
- sing for joy: lift your spirits and your voice in uplifting singing sessions
- join rhythm and percussion circles: feel the beat, release stress, and have fun making music together
- enjoy creative socials and tea: relax, chat, create, and build real friendships over a cuppa
- build lasting friendships: connect with others who want meaningful company and shared experiences
