Feeling the post-summer stress? Struggling to get back into the swing of things after your holiday? For those of us who still work in school-time, September is the start of the new year and getting back into the rhythm can be a challenge.
Join Future Stockport for networking and a nutritional breakfast provided by Stok, before enjoying a one hour session lead by Stockport Mind. Led by Lisa Bracewell, the session will explore ways professionals can stay resilient and prevent burnout in today's ever increasing stressful world.
The session will begin by looking at the benefits of Mindfulness to support Well being and Mental Health and how it can help to increase engagement, satisfaction and performance in our lives and the work environment.
Agenda:
- 8:30am - Guests to arrive for breakfast and networking opportunities
- 9:15am - Well being in the Workplace session 10am - a guided meditation.
- 10:15am - Networking and departure
