About this event
Bring your grown ups along for a family gym session. Family gym is a great way to get fit as a family.
Kids between 8 and 12 years can access the the gym suite Sundays 3 to 4pm.
A professional gym instructor is on hand to assist you with your workouts if you need any additional support.
All children must be supervised by their guardian.
