About this event
Our confidence walks (in collaboration with Age UK Stockport) are a unique and supportive way to embrace wellness in your community. Boost your confidence one step at a time in a safe, friendly, and supportive environment.
Come along and bring a friend, or even make new one. We’re here to create a supportive space for you to boost your confidence and enjoy the benefits of movement.
All sessions include refreshments and are open to everyone.
