Our beginner course introduces you to the basic principles of dance and allows you to progress to further courses and social events. It is ideal for those who have done little or no dancing before.

In no time at all we’ll have you up and dancing to a Ballroom dance such as Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Quickstep and also a Latin American Dance such as Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Jive.

Our experienced and fully qualified instructors provide expert dance tuition within a fun, relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere while offering plenty of encouragement.

Dancing is not only a great way to stay physically active, fit and healthy but also an excellent way to engage the mind while also making new friends.
