About this event
Everything you need to know about birth and your newborn baby, delivered in small, supportive and welcoming classes. Designed to help you feel confident, prepared, and informed for birth and early parenthood. If you’re pregnant and looking for antenatal classes in Stockport, this course gives you clear, evidence-based guidance without overwhelm.
You’ll learn what to expect, your options, and how to feel prepared and confident for birth and beyond. Alongside the classes you will also receive:

The classes run on Sundays, October to November 2026 (suggested for due dates in late Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb).
Classes are:
- 18 October, 10:00am to 12:30pm
- 25 October, 10:30am to 12:30pm
- 1 November, 10:30am to 12:30pm
- 8 November, 11:30am to 13:30pm
- 15 November, 10:30am to 12:30pm
