About this event
Our disability exercise class is for adults aged 40 and up living with disabilities.
A great chance for older adults to take part in fun and inclusive seated exercises, building up their strength and fitness while having fun and making friends.
Every Thursday, located in the players' changing rooms at Edgeley Park.
