Neurodiversity training to share with your employer or local businesses

As part of Stockport’s all-age Autism Strategy, experts with lived experience have developed a neurodiversity training package to support local businesses in the inclusion of neurodivergent individuals.

There are 2 video trainings to complete and share:

  • Tier 1: Basic understanding and awareness of neurodiversity
  • Tier 2: Supporting neurodivergent staff and reasonable adjustments

Tier 1: Training to share with your colleagues and manager

This training includes conversations from local neurodivergent people and their managers sharing best practice to:

  • understand their unique skills and what they can bring to a workplace
  • make reasonable adjustments to support their needs
  • help employees and businesses thrive
