About us
Upward Frog CIC is a social enterprise yoga studio and exists to improve the physical and mental health of people living in Stockport through yoga.
We run a full timetable of yoga classes for all levels of experience. Throughout the year we also offer beginners' courses to help you get started with others who are also new to yoga.
We also run yoga-based community projects which are free or subsidised to attend.
