If you or a family member are affected by dementia and live in Stockport, you are not alone.
Our specialist Dementia Support Service can help you get tailored information and advice from our compassionate and experienced staff.
The Dementia Support Service is unique to your personal circumstances and our aim is to provide you with all the information, guidance and practical support to help understand more about a diagnosis of dementia.
We offer one to one support to people with dementia, carers and family members. The service can be provided face to face, over the telephone or email and written communication.
