Stockport Storytellers is a creative writing group, writing short stories to chosen themes, prompts or pictures. our stories tend to be between 700 and 3,000 words. Our stories have featured in four local anthologies and on our own website.
The group meets on the third Thursday of the month at the Hat Works and on the first Thursday of the month on Skype.
We welcome new members with no previous creative writing experience or experienced authors alike, and are a friendly and supportive group.
We also welcome commissions of stories for anthologies or to support and enhance artworks or exhibitions.
