We're a local voluntary organisation providing support to adults in the Stockport area who experience mental health problems.
We offer;
- young adults service for ages 18 and above, S4YA, which offers one to one support sessions, out and about group visits and social groups
- counselling service, SPARC4Counselling, offering one to one therapy and a range of work shops both face to face and online
- community based social group based in a local greenspace and community facility
In addition SPARC is a partner of the Stockport Community Hub.
The organisation was set up as a registered charity in 1984 and we employ 7 part time workers and a small volunteer team.
