We are gym that runs over 30 classes of all ages and abilities.
We run 4 wellbeing groups from age 16 years and up. We also teach teenagers from a local high school as an alternative physical education.
The gym is also registered with England amateur boxing board.
We are registered with Stockport Council as a safe place and a warm space in the winter.
We have a dance studio, boxing and boxing equipment, and various gym equipment. There are change rooms and shower facilities.
Anyone who would like to train can do so on a pay as you go basis, or by joining as a member.
Anyone referred to us by BOOST CIC can enjoy 4 wellbeing sessions for free.
