About us

The Daytime Singers aim is to bring communities together through the joy of group singing.

We build confidence and lasting friendships by empowering the unemployed, senior citizens, those with mental health issues or physical impairment and those suffering bereavement to be part of something that's both uplifting and fun Weekly signing workshops that anyone can attend leading to performances in the local community.

We will teach groups basic singing techniques and build confidence in performing. This is team building at it's best as all members go through the process of learning songs, arranging songs with percussion (hands and feet) harmony, dynamics, improving the songs in weekly rehearsals and then performing to a raucous and supportive audience.
