Our service is for adults registered with a GP in Stockport or Manchester. We can support you to better understand and improve your mental health and wellbeing.
We’re proud to work in partnership with Stockport Progress and Recovery Centre, Your Support and Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust.
Our Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners at Talking Therapy Services deliver low-intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (LICBT), an approach recommended for mild-moderate common mental health difficulties (such as anxiety or depression) with an emphasis on guided self-help. We'll listen without judgement to try and help find the right support for you.
You can make a self-referral, or a professional can refer you, via our website.
