About us
We offer online well-being courses that empower people to take control of their lives by learning things such as, how to manage their emotions, set priorities and organising their time.
We also have an online wellness hub with coaches in yoga, meditation, nutrition, finances and movement to support the above wellbeing skills.
We have an online community group too which is a safe space for members to share their wins and ask questions to our coaches. All people who access the well-being courses can access the wellness hub and community group too
We run in person workshops to support our online learning and also in person events such as hikes and wellness events.
