About us

We offer a weight management service for adults and families, including:

• a 12 week weight management programme
• 1-1 support
• group programmes
• virtual and face to face appointments

Eligibility for adults

To be eligible, you must:

• be a Stockport resident
• be aged 18 and over
• have a BMI 25 to 35 kg/m2 (lower BMI eligibility of 23 kg/m2 for: Black-African, African-Caribbean and Asian people, or those with other health conditions, such as co-morbidities, including type 2 diabetes)

Eligibility for children and young people

To be eligible, you must:

• be a Stockport resident, or attend a school in Stockport
• be aged 4 to 17
• have been identified as overweight
