About us
A weekly group (in term time) where there is social support, reducing loneliness and a sense of belonging.
We provide activities that help cognitive stimulation, potentially slowing the cognitive decline. We offer quizzes, card making, memory games, and prize bingo to name a few. We also offer emotional support helping alleviate anxiety and depression.
Being part of a group gives individuals a sense of purpose, enhancing their overall wellbeing, making and maintaining friendships.
