About us

We're an independent volunteer led charity providing practical and emotional support if:

• you're blind
• you're visually impaired
• you're deaf
• you're hard of hearing
• you have dual sensory loss

Our services include:

• a not-for-profit recourse centre demonstrating, and selling, assistive equipment for people with sensory loss
• free specialist sight loss counselling
• a drop in hearing aid clinic
• social and activity groups including:
  • craft
  • tea dance
  • handbell ringing
  • computer club
  • braille classes
  • social groups
