This tai chi class has been specially developed to suit people with limiting health conditions or mobility issues, like heart problems, diabetes and strokes.
You can take part while seated. Instructors will help you with all the exercises.
Classes are on Tuesdays from 12:45pm to 1:45pm at Compass Point.
