About us
Stockroom is Stockport’s new creative and cultural space including an additional town centre library and:
- a children’s creative learning space
- a friendly café bar
- Stockport’s historical archives, brought to life in a vibrant new setting

You can access Stockroom via 3 different entrances: Merseyway, Adlington Walk, and Chestergate.
Stockroom is open:
- Monday: 10am to 5pm
- Tuesday: 10am to 5pm
- Wednesday: 10am to 7pm
- Thursday: 10am to 7pm
- Friday: 10am to 7pm
- Saturday: 10am to 5pm
- Sunday: 11am to 4pm
- Bank holidays, except Christmas: 11am to 4pm
