About us
Anchor and Rise is a female led organisation offering various group settings to bridge the gap in helping women who are experiencing isolation to help build self confidence, self love, self worth and self care through mindfulness, coping mechanisms, pamper sessions, creative activities and day trips.
We offer our group settings over 3 areas in Stockport:
- Bridge hall Community Centre, Adswood
- Arthur Greenwood Community Centre, Bredbury
- Lancashire Hill Community Centre
