We're a group of local residents who look after Hesketh Park and the adjacent Mellor Green, a community orchard and wildlife area at top of Mellor Road in Cheadle Hulme.
We carry out maintenance including bulb and shrub planting, and litter picking.
We also organise:
- an annual BBQ
- events for kids
- wildlife ID events such as bug hunts, tree and wildflower ID
We have regular monthly task days March to October on Saturday mornings, 10am to 12:30pm.
