About us

ARC Mindset CIC is a non-profit community interest company which aims to provide professional coaching services to:

• young people aged 11 to 25
• teachers and youth workers in:
  • school settings
  • colleges
  • youth and community groups

The recipients of our coaching programmes benefit from tailored one-to-one support from professional DBS certified Coaches and build effective strategies to cope with the demands of life.

Target recipients of our services include:

• young people and staff with confidence or resilience challenges
• young people or teachers who are not reaching their potential
• young people who lack self awareness and/or struggle socially
• young people who are not supported well at home
• young carers and care leavers
• young people who need additional support to identify their strengths
• education workers who are at risk of burnout

We want all young people to feel well-resourced to cope with life's demands during their education and beyond. Our core programmes are designed to meet young people where they are at.

We offer:

• transition programmes to support those who are at a disadvantage when moving into a new setting, such as high school, college, university or the workplace
• engage and build programmes to support those who are feeling isolated, disengaged or not reaching their potential in a setting aimed at understanding the individual and supporting them to thrive
• accelerator programmes aimed at preparing young people for the next stage of performance by developing goal setting skills and identifying their future plans
• community based programmes for those who are not in traditional settings or not engaged in employment, education or training at all
