Direct Payment service user group
Would you like to be involved in shaping our Direct Payments offer in Stockport?
We host a Direct Payment service user group to meet with people who receive Direct Payments and their carers. It would be great if you could be involved!
We really want to work with people who currently receive Direct Payments, to get your views on how we can improve them for you and people who receive them in the future.
During the meetings, you'll be able to:
- meet other people in a similar situation
- work with us to improve the information that's provided
- offer feedback on your experience to our adult social care service
- make your own suggestions of how the Direct Payments service could be improved

We also run regular community drop-in events. These may help if you:
- want to find out more about Direct Payments
- are in receipt of a Direct Payment from Stockport Council and want to discuss or be supported with this
