Unitary Development Plan (UDP) review

Due to legislative changes, Stockport Council applied to the Secretary of State to save policies in the UDP beyond 31st May 2009. As a result of this process, a number of policies contained within the UDP expired on 31st May 2009. An informal extract from the UDP Review has been produced which sets out those UDP policies that are still relevant following adoption of the Core Strategy DPD.
