1. About the scheme
The Community Toilet Scheme enables local businesses like pubs, restaurants and shops, to work together with us to make more clean, safe and accessible toilets available to the public.
This scheme is being run in addition to other council owned public toilets.
Members of the public can use the toilet facilities during the premises normal opening hours and without the need to make a purchase. Businesses have the right to refuse entry in exceptional circumstances.
Most of our scheme members offer wheelchair accessible facilities and provide baby changing facilities.
