Secondary school uniform grant

This grant is for children in years 7 to year 11 at secondary school who receive free school meals.
Who can apply
You can apply for the grant at any time if:
- you're eligible for free school meals. If you're eligible and have not applied you can visit our free school meals web page
and - your child or children live in Stockport
If you do not meet the criteria, you may still be able to apply for the grant if:
- the uniform has been damaged in a fire or flood
- your child has changed schools and they need a new uniform
Apply for the secondary school uniform grant
If your application is successful, you'll receive an email or text message with a voucher for £45. You'll be able to choose where you spend your voucher from a limited list of local clothing suppliers.
