Support for childminders
All childminders in Stockport have access to the Local Authority EYFS Childminding Improvement Officers who can offer one to one support through the registration process and beyond.
This is free of charge.
If you're registering for the first time as a childminder in Stockport you'll have access to a mentor or 'buddy' support scheme. As you go through the registration process, the scheme coordinator will contact you and if you would like to be linked with a support childminder who will give friendly guidance and information.
